I didn't grow up wanting to be a coach.
I grew up watching small business owners work harder than anyone I knew — and still struggle to grow.

That gap has been my obsession for over 15 years.
My career started in the corporate world — Tech Mahindra, Stellar, TinyOwl, FabHotels. Big teams. Large budgets. National campaigns. I learned what world-class marketing looks like when resources aren't the constraint.
But somewhere along the way, I kept coming back to the same question:
